Meet the founders
Jasen Fici
Co-founder, BoastAble
Jasen builds software and the businesses around it. His work spans writing code, bringing products to market, running operations, and helping customers get useful results from the tools they buy.
He co-founded Velaro, a live chat platform, and founded StatusCast, a status page application later sold to Xurrent. Today, he builds and operates the BoastAble line of SaaS apps and uses BoastOS for its marketing work.
At BoastAble, he brings that experience into practical AI implementation: understanding the business, choosing useful workflows, and giving agents the context and human review they need. The goal is a setup your team can understand and run after the handoff.

David Garber
Co-founder, BoastAble
David brings a background in enterprise customer success, AI solutions implementation, and customer retention and expansion. His experience includes Velaro, and his work centers on helping businesses get value from the software they use. That perspective matters when adopting AI: useful automation starts with a business problem and the people responsible for solving it.
At BoastAble, David brings that customer-success perspective to choosing workflows and helping teams take ownership of their AI setup. He connects the implementation with how a business serves its customers and runs its daily work. The goal is to help your people understand the system, use it confidently, and keep improving it after the handoff.
